The Puritan Model 1 was a very very unexpected find for me and has a beautiful 60 and 70's crunchy natural breakup.

These are handmade in Duluth, Minnesota by Israel Malachi, who is a really nice and super interesting dude!

This amp does great in the majority of applications I have used it for!

Please note: I got a huge discount on this amp at time of purchase, so I do need to list it as paid promotion per Youtube's guidelines.

Here are the specs:
Puritan Handwired Amplifiers LLC Model 1

15 watt all tube, handwired amplifier with 25 watt AlNico speaker.

Preamp tubes: 12AX7, 12AY7

Power-amp tubes: (2) 6V6

Rectifier tube: 5Y3

Speaker: “Voice of Rock” Midwest Speaker Supply (Made in Minneapolis, MN) 25 watt AlNico magnet.

Cabinet: Solid pine with finger-joint construction, custom-built in Indiana.

2 channels, Normal and Bright, independent volume controls, one common tone control, 4 inputs, you can jump the channels for more gain.

Weight: 30 pounds +/-
