Nevada Court Rightfully Dismisses Lawsuit Against Firearms Manufacturers Over Las Vegas Shooting

The Las Vegas shooting where a “lone gunman” shot up a concert from the Mandalay Bay Hotel was swept under the rug shortly after it happened in 2017. Now that we are over 4 years later, it has finally popped back up on the radar and not because any new information has come out. The reason why it has, is because the parents of one of the victims decided to file a frivolous lawsuit against the manufacturers of the firearms found in the shooters hotel room claiming they are responsible for his actions. Which would be like the recent victims from the Christmas parade getting to sue Ford because the driver who ran them down was driving an SUV they manufactured.

In this video we take a look at this lawsuit being dismissed and one of the judges on Nevada’s state supreme court basically begging for the state legislature to make it legal for firearms manufacturers to be sued.
