How are these talentless hacks climbing their way to the top of the Democratic leadership ladder with virtually no significant accomplishment to run on?

With lackluster and insignificant political careers, is it any surprise that the likes of Pete Buttigieg, Kamala Harris, Beto O'Rourke, Gavin Newsom and Joe Biden fail miserably when they are placed into positions of authority and power?
