I had my third elbow surgery! This time to clean up/ smooth out cartilage that was catching. It's been a long journey with my right elbow. If you want to learn more about Osteochondritis dissecans (OCD) check out this playlist: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5rd6w4rDarc&list=PLEYe5bHOzJCgcYHko1HXU8wrkFDh-JymL

Third time's the charm!

From Sports Health:
Osteochondritis dissecans (OCD) of the capitellum is most often seen in adolescents who participate in sports that involve repetitive loading of the elbow. Unstable defects typically require surgical intervention that involves fragment fixation, debridement, or reconstruction with an osteochondral autograft transfer.
