Copper Chef Pan review and test does it work?

This item is available in multple sizes. The pan I am testing is the 12" which is great for stir frys or cooking for small groups.

The pan works great and one thing that i really like it the fact that the enamel coats the entire pan both the cooking surface and the sides. This make cleaning splatter that may end up o the outside of the pan.

I may do a review of the deep square pan, but that will be later.
