"Free speech" in Belleville Ontario

Residents of Belleville are making there presence and voices be known and heared by the hypocrites in City Hall who refused to allow tax paying individuals to attend the weekly "open to the public" meeting and participate. Free speech is, apparently, only for those who tow the official line regarding current events..!
