Adaptive Networks tutorial: Custom flags

A Cities Skylines tutorial on how to use custom flags in asset editor using Adaptive Networks mod.
control-click on flags to assign a name.

PS:
tracks can use lane flags to change color or something. I don't think its useful to change wires per lane but I just did it to show how custom flags work.
