$30 Sous Vide machine from Lidl review and test brand Silvercrest

So this is a great item, it was $30 from Lidl. It works perfectly.

I explain pretty much everything in the audio for the review, but the one thing I forgot to mention is that there is a smell when this item is first used (kind of smell like burning plastic). It freaked us out, but we determined it was not from the basin, but was likely just the the smell from initial use that comes with some electronic cooking gadgets. I have had some crock pots make a similar smell in the past and it eventually goes away with use.
