The World Health Org., (UN) have expanded a new Vaccine Network which include vaccine related websites for more countries worldwide. They have strengthened the collaboration with the CDC, obtained social media analytics and social media activities using communication strategies using keywords and meta-tagging.

WHO use their Tailoring Immunization Programmes worldwide to address vaccine hesitancy. It is a structured, adaptable, participatory programme for targeting under-vaccinated or hesitant populations and is based on a theoretical behavioural model for the design of research methods, identify interventions and conduct monitoring and evaluation. A theoretical behavioural model is theory-informed approach to identify determinants of behaviour.

All of this did not just happen when COVID19 was introduced to the world. The UN Global Strategy of Vaccines 2011-2019 had already determined that 95% of the population of New Zealand and of other UN Nations would be participants of human experiments of new vaccines, as they documented ‘Leave No-One Behind, Everyone, Every-where at Every Age.
