Target brand ceramic skillet vs red copper pan vs gotham steel pan review
here is a link to he Target brand pan
Gotham steel and Red copper both do a great job, but Target has their own in house brand (made by design) that also holds up really well to testing (cheese, cold start egg, hot start egg).
The primary benefit of the Target brand pans is size for the cost (in general costing about 5 dollars less than the copper style pans)
Also, you have the benefit of being able to simply return the pan to target rather than deal with a separate return, especially if you bought one of the copper products off of the tv ads.
All three types of pans are non-stick (but will need re-seasoning after a while), all are oven safe to 400F (red copper and gotham up to 500), but the Target brand skillet has a rubberized handle which is very nice.
Finally, the silver/gray color is very nice and understated vs. the copper pans which are a bit gaudy and kind of dingy even when clean.
