Onicon front panel replacement

An Onicon flow meter is used to measure chilled water flow into a building. The unit has the ability to calculate BTU used in the system. These units are generally reliable but can have component failure after an extended period of use. This System 10 flow meter is nearly 20 years old and still functions. The only issue is the front display has begun to go out.
