Bible believing Christians know God created humanity in His image and likeness ― male and female. Science likewise confirms that humans are “sexually dimorphic,” meaning people come in two forms, male and female. Men and women are similar, but different. They complement each other, and both are valuable, good and necessary.
Gender identity has become an enormous matter of significance and confusion in our culture today and an "Identity Crisis " in the Christian Church as well. Many are wondering what it means to be a man or a woman, how we can even tell which we are, and whether these categories are even sufficient for us. The Christian faith has clarity, light, and hope to bring to these pertinent issues, grounding us in the knowledge of a loving creator and an incarnated Savior. It is important for Christians to engage with questions our culture is asking, and to be clear on what the Bible has to say about sex and gender. Our conviction is that the gospel of Jesus is good news in every area of life and will bring redemption and power to overcome for all of those struggling with these questions.
