Dialing it back. 50 Kgs x7 Overhead Press

As I mentioned before, I decided to dial back my weight for my training max for Overhead Press and try and focus on building more solid form, in an attempt to hopefully improve my overall performance with Overhead Press in general. Especially at higher weights.
It went okay today. Energy petered out as usyally before my working sets. It just seems to be a constant occurrence now. I can't shake it. I was not trying ro set my rep goals to high/lofty. I just wanted to atleast break past five, so I am not unhappy with how it went, per se. It is obviously a bit demoralizing, knowing I can, and have done way better in the recent past but I am trying not to dwell on it too much, and focus on building myself back up to hopefully be better in the future 🤟🏻
