I got my first cowboy hat when I was 19.

We thought we were urban cowboys.

Black stone washed blue jeans and dungarees were my fashion back then.

It had caught on in Wausau.

Even local night life hotspot had changed its motif from Disco to Urban Cowboy, mechanical bull and the works.

I had already escaped from Wisconsin back then except for an occasional visit or two.

The world wasn't the same outside the Wausau bubble.

So as I look around my space today I've noticed a unique theme.

My theme.

A theme that serves both my love of the open sea and the open range.

A wild horse rider and a deep sea diver...

Self acceptance and self-love are keys to happiness. #dbrn
