My kid's school just called me and is forcing my son to take a test for not wearing a muzzle

Excuse the quality, I was up with a 3 year old until 4:3o in the morning... I'm LIVID RIGHT NOW because my son's school called me this morning at 10:30 am to get me to consent to my son taking a test for covidpolusia! If he doesn't take the test, he will not be allowed to practice or play in the game tonight! THIS SHOULD BE ILLEGAL! Why is this not a HIPPA violation? Why are people ratting on kids not wearing masks during a basketball game. He said he only put the mask down a few times. AND STILL HE HAS TO COMPLY!!!! Are you awake yet???? It just hit home smfh
