The Ativafit Glidetech dumbbells are great for beginners and intermediate weight lifters looking to tone up.

They range from 4 lbs to 44 lbs and take up very little space in your home gym.

Using a gliding adjustment mechanism, these dumbbells can go from one weight to another very quickly.

The Ativafit Glidetech 44 lbs dumbbells replace 7 pairs of dumbbells.

But of course, being an adjustable dumbbell it won’t take up as much space as 7 pairs.

Each Glidetech dumbbell including its base is 16.9″ long x 9″ wide x 6.7″ tall, making them great space savers.

Handle is rubberized with small bumps to prevent losing your grip.

And the weight plates are made of iron.
