DJI Osmo Action Audio Test MotoVlog

New camera & microphone setup test #1.
I've been adjusting things for a few days now trying to get the audio squared away. It's pretty close. This is fairly raw video: only cuts and a little audio boost to make up for cutting the mic signal during recording. Video itself is unaltered out of the DJI Osmo Action with the Cynova mic adapter and a Boya mic with a generic headphone volume pot for mic gain reduction. DJI branded ND8 filter used with auto settings 1080p 24fps.

Edit: I have changed microphones since this video, but must still retain the inline headphone volume control to lower the gain on the microphone. Let's face it: if you're trying to motovlog and don't have the most quiet helmet and bike you're not going to have perfect audio without some compromises or post work. Action cameras are not designed with Moto vloggers in mind. We are a super small subset of users/creators. I'll try to do a video on my setup after I get it where I'm going to keep it for a while.
