A Personal Story of the Communist Cultural Revolution

My friend Yuhwa allowed me to share her interview with the San Mateo GOP.

Many immigrants that have fled communism have came to America seeking real freedom, which can only exist in the context of free-market capitalism.

I understand the desire to live in a utopia of peace, love and happiness and I understand that that is the vision that many of the young people today see in a socialistic or communistic society. I love the idea of helping our neighbors, community gardens and embracing different cultures and if you have the ability to connect a community or group of people to live in or by this wonderful dream of a life, DO IT, but LEAVE THE GOVERNMENT OUT OF IT!!!! If communism is so great, be the change you'd like to see in the world and get to it! Start your garden and give away your harvest. Take off your doors to your home and allow people in, heck...give it away and live in a tent. Dismiss cultural differences and "coexist" as the left says, with criminals, terrorists and cartel members. I applaud your ability to assume best intentions in these types of people and your desire to rely on "community" for your own personal outcome.

You are way stronger than I, but I will continue "working for the man" or "my fingers to the bone" in order to keep my freedoms.

If the government gives it to you, the government can take it away. Never give anyone that much power over you! Never allow someone else to dictate your future. Never trust those that take your hard-earned money and spend it on social events to smooze with more people that take your hard-earned money.
