Loveland, Colorado Police Abuse 80-Pound Elderly Woman With Dementia Bodycam: Lawsuit Filed

The Loveland Police Department in Colorado arrest Karen Garner, a 73-year-old woman with dementia after she attempted to leave a Walmart with about $14 worth of items she didn't pay for. A lawsuit filed by Garner's lawyer Sarah Schielke indicates that Garner suffered a dislocated shoulder, a broken humerus and a sprained wrist during the arrest. The primary officer in this video, Austin Hopp, was put on administrative leave.
