2 Vehicle Accident, Both Drivers Hospitalized, CRYSTAL LAKES, November 2, 2021 - At approximately 6:10 am on November 2, 2021, a gray 2013 Chrysler 200, driven by Hobie Tyler Credille, 31, of Livingston, was east-bound on US-190 East. As Credille was passing Crystal Lakes East Road, a west-bound black 2010 Chrysler Town & Country, driven by Irene Rodriguez Gonzalez, 38, of Livingston, attempted a left turn onto Crystal Lakes East but failed to yield to Credille. Gonzalez's minivan impacted the front driver's side fender of Credille's car. The impact caused Credille's vehicle to slide into the west-bound lanes where it came to rest. Gonzalez's vehicle also came to rest on the pavement. Allegiance Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene along with the Livingston Volunteer Fire Department Heavy Rescue Unit, Corporal Adam Norris with the Polk County Sheriff's Office and Trooper Nick Hatton with the Texas Highway Patrol. Gonzalez was trapped in her vehicle. Emergency personnel were able to get her out. Both Gonzalez and Credille were transported by ambulance to CHI Livingston Memorial Hospital with undisclosed injuries. Traffic on both sides of 190 was completely blocked to during investigation and cleanup. Gonzalez was cited for failure to yield and no driver's license. Both vehicles were recovered by Ken's Towing and will be stored at Harrison Body Shop in Livingston.Show more
