America's Frontline Doctors' Attorney Ana Gardner has filed a unique suit against the county of Dona Ana after ignoring a cease and desist order that would have protected first responders from a vaccine mandate. Having violated the order, Ana Gardner filed a lawsuit on behalf of a correction's officer arguing violations of human rights based upon the Nuremberg Code.
