Matthew 15:21-28

The Lord has promised to have mercy and you catch him in His Word. You hold onto these promises and never let go. He has adopted you In Baptism. He has and continues cast out the demonic afflictions that burden you. He promises to redeem you on the last day and welcome you into his new Israel. You can doggedly hold on to Him and His promises.
