Add this quick 5 min calf workout at the end of your leg or full body day. We do 10 exercises, 30 seconds each with no break. Many people forget to train their calves, thinking it is unnecessary, but you really shouldn't skip them. If you want your lower body to look correctly proportioned and balanced, make sure to train every muscle.

To make the workout more advanced, hold 1-2 dumbells. Remember progressive overload is essential for muscle growth. If you are having trouble balancing (I definitely need to work on mine) hold onto a chair with one hand and remember to look straight ahead. You got this!
