Dobbs. v. Jackson Women's Health Organization is a supreme court abortion case that could end Roe V Wade.

Today, the supreme court is hearing an abortion case that could start real, fundamental change in regards to the abortion laws in the US.

And Pelosi thinks that if they don't side with her, the court will lose "legitimacy". Because 15 weeks is a "radical abortion ban" or something.
