Bullnosing and Proliferation in Roses
Bullnosing and proliferation are deformations of rose buds/flowers - I see these problems early in my season, when there plants get very cool evenings. It's not the result of a pest or disease you need to worry about. It's just a physiological growth problem, and passes without harm.
