How to turn comments on/off on Instagram

STEP 1 Open Instagram
Open the Instagram app on your smartphones.

STEP 2 Open the post
Open the post on which you want to turn off/on the comments.

STEP 3 Click on three dots
Now, click on the three dots at the top of the post.

STEP 4 Click turn off/on commenting
From the list, click on Turn-off/on commenting. The comments will no longer be visible on the post if you turn them off. You can view the comments again if you turn on the commenting.

STEP 5 Click on Advanced Settings
You can also Turn on/off commenting while uploading a post. Before sharing the post, click on Advanced Settings at the bottom and tap turn off commenting.
