Foster children taken because of directive

Margarita fostered 4 Children into her home with her 3 biological children, raising them as her own.
When the CHO55 directive was implemented her foster children were taken away from her as they were now classed as "vulnerable" and Margarita was not going to take the vaccine due to religious and personal reasons.
Her children were relocated to "Territory Families" )WHO ARE EXEMPT FROM THE DIRECTIVE SO THE FAMILIES DO NOT NEED TO BE VACCINATED).
