Please try out this very simple 20min workout that you can do in a chair or while standing. Do as much as you can tolerate or start out with a few exercises and add on as you feel comfortable. This little workout routine is working out your arms, shoulders, legs, feet, and finish with some easy stretching exercises. Only equipment needed is a chair, and if you like some light weights for the arm exercises (use soup cans instead).
