South Alabama Tag-O-Rama Tag Placement

This is mostly for the members of the thread - South Alabama Tag-O-Rama on ADVRider. This was to help make sure the tag searchers from the thread could find the peanut. Sadly the peanut came up missing even though it was fairly well hidden in a mostly obscure location.
2nd time placing the tag.
Decided to make this video public since it's no longer applicable. If you're smart enough you can find this spot and visit it from the clues in the video.
