Grilled Lobster Tails The Easy Way Using Charcoal For Beginners

In this video I did some grilled lobster tails on the weber the easy way using charcoal! Lobster is intimidating because they are not the cheapest protein to cook but seriously they are super simple to do!! The main thing is to get them cooked up to 135° to 140° and then let them rest a few minutes and you got some dang tasty seafood with that extra awesome flavor of charcoal added to them! Plus it is always awesome to add some white wine and your family and guests will be begging you to host more cookouts!
