Tim Howell and his entourage of thrill seekers set out for this remote location in the Swiss countryside shortly before the first snow of the season.

Before waterfalls freeze in the swiss alps, it's good for climbers to try and get some training in.

This secluded location is frozen all year round due to both its depth underground and its altitude.

Tim along with friends Will and Alex are seen abseiling 40m into the first cavern and then 20 into the next chamber.

The claustrophobic footage shot primarily on helmet cameras not only show the beauty of the cave but also gives the same kind of vibe one might see in a found footage horror movie

Tim, 31from Somerset, UK said:

"Once you pull the ropes from the abseil you have to bear in mind that you have to be able to climb out! Otherwise you are stuck!"

"We all had a go at climbing the overhanging ice, in the 3rd chamber, was really good training as it was so steep. Then we went back to the 2nd chamber where we had to be able to climb out."

"We wanted to do a few routes here but the ceiling was dripping so much it felt like rain. We did one route each to climb back out."
