VEGAN YUM YUM SAUCE - 1/2 cup raw cashew nuts 1/4 cup water juice 1/2 lemon 1 teaspoon tomato concentrate 1 teaspoon garlic and onion powder 1/4 cc smoked paprika 1 tablespoon maple syrup 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 teaspoon sriracha Mix all ingredients until smooth and serve over fried rice.
