So when we get home sit down put the feet up and pop on a good comedy and that will make us instantly better by getting our mind off all the challenges and problems of the outside world. We will find ourselves focussing more on the important things and find they come into our lives faster. We will also find that the challenges outside of our lives will be fewer and trivial as our humour increases. We will be able to ignore most of them and even laugh them off as they become more trivial. Also we will tend to notice that the people who worry about the challenges seem even more stressed, that’s because we worry less and that makes them seem more worried. Have a laugh, enjoy life and your family and your pursuits.
