Review of Missouri Judgement on Health Department Mandates

Encouraging new from Missouri - judge says COVID-19 public health orders must be lifted. While this is a ruling from a county judge, it is law in Missouri until an appeal can overturn it. Every attorney/s opposing mandates should review this case and follow its guidelines.

“A Missouri judge ruled that local health officials can no longer issue COVID-19 safety orders, which he said infringe upon the constitutional separation of powers between branches of government, reported the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
“The ruling from Cole County Circuit Court Judge Daniel Green means local health regulations throughout Missouri are struck down and rendered obsolete, reported the Post-Dispatch. … It is uncertain if the ruling will be appealed, but for now, the health departments must respect the ruling as law …”

This case is about whether Missouri Public Department of Health and Senior Services can abolish representative government in the creation of public health laws and whether it can authorize a closure of school or assembly based on the unfettered opinion of an unelected official.

This Court Finds It Cannot.

Important Points:
Separation of Powers of Government

The judgment even states that the separation of powers is “fundamental to the bases of liberty” … the Judgment goes on to state that “The DHSS regulations break our three branch system of government in ways even a middle school civics would recognize because they place the creation of orders or laws and enforcement of those laws into the hands of an unelected administrative official.

Covid-19 is not a county specific disease. Can it be said that COVID-19 knows to stop at any county lines and does not travel over?

Missouri local health authorities have grown accustom to issuing edicts coercing compliance. It is far past the time for the unconstitutional conduct to stop.

FYI: The Legal Implications from a ruling are far reaching

Last Wednesday Night on “The Good Fight ForeverMore” show we reviewed the general findings of two cases the Rittenhouse Case in Wisconsin where he was justifiably found Not Guilty and he should never have been charged in what was clearly a political prosecution’

Then we reviewed the Ahmaud Arbery Case where three men were Found Guilty of Murder, and the Judge rejected evidence that could have led to a different verdict if heard.

The third case will be an upcoming case of Gangsta Brooks who ran over killed and injured people attending a Christmas Parade in Waukesha, Wisconsin, where we gathered evidence to show this was a Hate Crime and should be considered Domestic Terrorism if the evidence we found is allowed into the court to be heard.

Our point of the show and the questions are very similar to the questions we asked tonight about 2021 Intimidation vs Truth and Justice, and the Maxwell case.

Our questions also apply to the cases opposing unconstitutional and overreaching Masking, Vaccination, and COVID Card mandates.

Will there be justice?
Will the opposing attorney/s do the work required to win?
Or will the cases be conducted by legal counsels intimidated by the system, and their own personal situation that limits them from actually fighting the cases to win?

We have heard from many that it is difficult to find attorneys to oppose these mandates, and from a few I have spoken with they are correct, because they did not care to become involved with the cases against mandates for financial reasons or cared to risk the comfortable living they were earning and living.
