We can thus be satisfied with oysters (triploids?), Six varieties of duck foie gras, lobsters (Canadian?), Seafood, terrines of all kinds, turbot, sole, stew , lamb and suckling pig, Catalan snails, tripe, frog legs, 111 varieties of cheese (many are pasteurized), not to mention the 50 desserts
