Last month, Canadian National announced that CN’s Covid-19 vaccine requirements will apply to all of its 25,000 employees in Canada – AND its wholly-owned subsidiaries. Several CN workers are fighting back and they have retained lawyer Leighton Grey of Grey Wowk Spencer LLP. He recently fired off a threat letter to CN headquarters and we interviewed him to see what he has to say about the situation.
