Ministers meet in Calais to discuss migrants

As interior ministers met in Calais, without Britain, to discuss the migrant crisis, many in a makeshift camp remained determined to make the crossing. That's despite the drowning of 27 people last week when their dinghy capsized. Lucy Fielder reports.
