Shinobi is a creation of the 1980’s mall and gas station arcade experience. Shiobi in the arcade and gaming consoles were a popular hit that pre-dated Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Gamers of this age can argue that T.M.N.T took inspiration from this classic arcade title.
