The Magic of Appreciating What You Have (Feel Better Instantly)

Have you experienced the magic of appreciating what you have? If so, you know that doing so can make you feel amazing instantly. It could be argued that there are two ways to go through life, one way is to continually focus on everything you aren't, you don't (or can't) do, and what you don't have. This causes us to feel lack and want all the time and lowers our vibration. The other way is to live in a state of constant appreciation for everything we are, we do (or can do), and everything we have (including things and experiences). Living this way helps us cultivate continual feelings of gratitude and well-being. In this state we are magnets to more experiences to be grateful for. Thanks for watching!
