Turkey is WAY easier to cook than what they try to tell you it is!
Learning how to cook a turkey that is edible turns out it was way easier than I thought it would be. Just follow the directions on the package for temp and cook time and all will turn out fine.
Make sure to remove the neck and the organ package and rinse it off and pat it dry with paper towels. Its easier to get under the breast skin on the bottom of the breast meat I found. Even with my plus size hands it was fairly easy to spread the seasoning and butter under the skin.
Don't be stingy with the Montreal Steak seasoning, turkeys are usually large. Next time I'm going to try to get whatever seasoning I will use under the leg skin.
