What is the "Cotton Ceiling?"

The "Cotton Ceiling" is a term invented by a transgender identifying man i.e. "trans woman" named Drew Deveaux. The term was created via analogy with glass ceiling. It attempts to liken the structural exclusion of women from the highest level of organizational power with the sexual exclusion of men from lesbians' dating pool.
