Mar Mari Emmanuel is an Assyrian of Iraqi origin and Bishop of the Ancient Assyrian Church of the East. He is responsible for the Diocese of Australia and New Zealand. From his ‘Christ The Good Shepherd Church’ in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, he regularly makes firm statements during his sermons, in which he makes no bones about his criticism of the tyrannical corona policy in his province and country.

In the following excerpt from an sermon from August 2021, he lashes out at, among others, the Prime Minister, the Premier of NSW and the Australian government for imposing the unlawful corona policy on the people, and at the church leaders who continue to support it.
