Airport passenger describes 'chaotic' response to variant

A passenger who was in quarantine in the Netherlands after returning from South Africa on Friday (November 26) said the scene at the airport was "chaotic" after her plane was held over fears travellers may be carrying the newly-identified COVID-19 variant.
