Why humour is important in life and in the law of attraction. Humour makes us happy and joyous, this increases our positive vibrational frequency. Humour is also important for our health as it lowers stress and puts us in a relaxed state, thus helping us to heal. In our fast paced everything now society many people find it hard to relax. People come home from work and rather than relaxing they are thinking about work. A good funny joke or comedy can actually break this habit. We need to laugh and should enjoy going for our goals. When we are in good humour we will attract them faster due to our increased positive vibration.
