This video is a "super resolution" video of the Kyle Rittenhouse Drone footage. I have created and I'm in the process of creating several different super resolution videos of this specific footage.

This video was created using a software program called "Waifu2x-Extension-GUI", which includes different super resolution engines for increasing the resolution of videos and images. This is done using Machine Learning / Deep Learning. Here's an article on how super Resolution works. It's a bit technical so you've been warned:

3D Real-life Model: upconv_7_photo

Split Size: 512/1024 (the higher resolution videos required 512 vs 1024 due to vram limitations).

Scale Ratio: 2x (this video), 3x, and 4x (different videos have different ratios)

Denoise Level: 2

For reference, the original video was 1920x844 in dimensions (the original was actually likely 1920x1080, but the prosecution got the HD version by removing the chyron from the Fox News video). I have created or am working on creating the following resolutions:
