Authorities in California are warning of more looters as high end retailers and luxury stores continue to be ransacked. One America's Stephanie Myers spoke with Dr. Alex Del Carmen Ph.D. who heads the School of Criminology, Criminal Justice, and Strategic Studies at Tarleton State University in Texas about the latest string of looting incidents across the Golden State.
