Encourage New Shooters instead of criticizing them

There are some people in the gun community who will criticize new shooters because they haven't developed the same level of skill yet. Instead of criticizing new shooters we should be encouraging them. Just because you buy a gun doesn't mean you are proficient with it. Skills take time to develop and more experienced shooters should help those who are newer to the community.
