What Should a Plant Business Do in the Winter?

Spring in horticulture is super busy - but what can you do to keep your business profitable (or at least productive) in the slow season? You can do your best to round out your plant assortment, or diversify into garden-related hardgoods. Some nurseries simply shut down after spring and focus on preparing for the following spring. In this video I'll go through some examples of plant businesses in my region, and how they cope with the off-season.
