When Can I Ditch the Day Job (to Farm Full-time)

One of my goals is to take my small-scale farm to the next level and make a real living from it. This video is a discussion of my considerations in taking the side-hustle to full-time. One thing I don't discuss (because it's already like 13 minutes) is that balancing the demands of my day job with the needs of my farm is becoming increasingly difficult. At some point, I do need to make the decision to go one way or the other.
