Edible plants everywhere! Mark Stephens runs a local backyard nursery business where he focuses his assortment on fruits, nuts, berries, tubers - anything edible and tasty, that's what Mark grows and sells. I'd like to thank Mark for taking the time to show me around his plant collection and also for giving an insight into how he runs his business.
